Where to get help

Email is the front door: support@reitexter.com. Most of what comes through it is one of four things — a message that didn’t deliver, registration still sitting in review, a contact who replied STOP, or a wallet charge you want explained — and the Help Center answers all four in writing.

Email

support@reitexter.com

One address for all of it — setup, billing, a number stuck in registration, a campaign that stopped sending. Include the three details below and you'll usually save yourself a round trip.

02.2

Help Center

The questions this product actually generates, answered in full: why a message didn't deliver, what 10DLC registration is and why it takes days, what happens when someone replies STOP, and how the prepaid wallet is charged.

Learn, inside the app

Learn is one of the twelve tools in the nav, not a separate site. Short walkthroughs of Chat, Campaigns, Numbers, Auto-Replies and the rest, sitting one click from the thing they explain.

Account and data requests

Closing your account or asking for your data back doesn't need a ticket — there are pages for both, and the privacy policy spells out what is kept and for how long.

Make it one round trip

Three details turn "it didn’t work" into something that can actually be looked up

03.1

The sending number

Which of your reitexter numbers it went out from. Registration and filtering are both per-number.

03.2

One recipient

A single example number is enough. Send more only if you're describing a pattern.

03.3

Roughly when

Date, time and your time zone. Delivery records are timestamped, so this is what finds them.
