Ironclad Apps LLC ("reitexter," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website at reitexter.com and our mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). reitexter is a business texting and calling platform for real-estate investors and agents.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address (required for account creation and login)
• Password (stored securely using industry-standard encryption)
• Phone number (optional, for account recovery and notifications)

Business Profile: To send business text messages in the United States you must be registered with the mobile carriers, and that registration is submitted from inside the Service. For it we collect:

• Legal business name, registered address, website, and business contact email and phone number
• Your business registration number (EIN or equivalent tax ID), which the carriers require to verify a brand for A2P 10DLC and toll-free messaging
• Business type, the markets you work, and — if you hold one — your real-estate license number and state
• Your business logo, if you upload one

This information is shared with our messaging provider and, through them, with the mobile carriers and industry registries, solely for the purpose of registering and verifying your ability to send. Registration is a carrier requirement, not an optional marketing step.

Contacts and Communications You Create: The Service is where you hold conversations with people on your own lists. You supply, and we store on your behalf:

• Contact records — names, phone numbers, email addresses, a mailing or property address, company, notes, tags, groups, and any custom fields you define or import from a CSV file
• Opt-out and block status for each contact, including the date consent was withdrawn — this is retained deliberately, because we must be able to stop sending to someone who replied STOP
• Message history — the content of the text messages you send and receive, the numbers involved, timestamps, delivery status and carrier error reasons, and any picture (MMS) attachments
• Call history — the numbers dialed or received, direction, time, duration, and outcome; any call recording or transcript produced by features you enable; and voicemail greetings you record
• Message templates, campaigns, bulk sends, automatic replies, and the per-recipient results of each send
• Where you use the AI Receptionist, the transcript of the conversation it held on your behalf and the lead details it extracted

Note: contacts and communications you enter belong to you. You are the controller of that information and are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people on your lists. This data is account-specific and cannot be accessed without authentication.

Team Information: If you invite others, we store each team member's name, email address, avatar, role and permissions, and a record of team activity such as invitations and permission changes.

Mobile Phone Number for SMS Program: If you voluntarily opt in to our optional SMS program (see Section 9), we separately collect your mobile phone number through our dedicated SMS opt-in page at reitexter.com/sms-opt-in. This information is used exclusively to deliver SMS messages you have consented to receive and is governed by the specific protections described in Section 9.

Billing Information: There are two things you pay for — a subscription, which buys seats, and a prepaid balance, which pays for the messages, calls and phone numbers you use.

• We do NOT store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or any other card or banking details. reitexter has no card processor and never sees your payment details.
• Subscriptions and prepaid balance top-ups are purchased through Apple's App Store and Google Play, which handle the payment entirely. Apple's and Google's own terms and privacy policies govern those transactions.
• We store the transaction identifier the store sends us so we can confirm what you bought, together with your plan, its status and renewal dates, and a ledger of every credit added to and drawn from your prepaid balance.

Automatically Collected Information:

• Device information (type, operating system, app version)
• IP address for security and fraud prevention
• Usage data to improve the Service
• Push notification tokens (if you enable notifications)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
• Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (message and call delivery, data analytics, email delivery, cloud hosting and file storage)
• Messaging Carriers and Registries: The text messages and calls you send are delivered by our licensed communications provider and the mobile carriers. Your business profile and registration details are shared with them, and with the industry registries that operate A2P 10DLC and toll-free verification, so that your numbers can be approved to send.
• App Stores: Apple and Google process subscription and prepaid-balance purchases and tell us the result. We do not send them anything beyond what the purchase requires.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to respond to legal process
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• With Your Consent: When you have given us explicit permission

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with salt - we never store plain text passwords
• Access controls requiring authentication for all account data
• Secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard protections
• Card details are never handled by reitexter at all — purchases are completed inside Apple's and Google's own payment systems

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access and receive a copy of your personal data
• Rectify or update inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and track information about your use of the Service. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

9. SMS/Text Messaging Program

Ironclad Apps LLC offers an optional SMS text messaging program. The SMS program is completely voluntary and separate from your use of the reitexter Service. The following terms apply to the SMS program:

Program Name and Sender: All SMS messages are sent from Ironclad Apps LLC.

How You Opt In: The only way to opt in to receive SMS messages is by voluntarily visiting our dedicated SMS opt-in page at reitexter.com/sms-opt-in, entering your mobile phone number, affirmatively checking an unchecked consent checkbox, and submitting the form. Consent is evidenced by the affirmative action of checking the box and submitting the form.

What We Collect for the SMS Program: If you opt in, we collect only your mobile phone number. An optional email address may also be provided at your discretion but is not required to opt in to SMS.

Types of Messages You Will Receive: If you opt in, you may receive SMS messages from Ironclad Apps LLCconsisting of promotional offers, product updates, and company news. We will not send message types outside of this scope without obtaining additional consent.

Consent Is Not Required for Any Service: Opting in to receive SMS messages is completely voluntary. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, transaction, or use of any feature of the reitexter platform. You may create an account, use every feature of reitexter, make purchases, and cancel your subscription without ever opting in to SMS. Declining to opt in will not affect your ability to use reitexter in any way.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. reitexter is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

How to Opt Out (STOP): You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-subscribe through our opt-in page.

How to Get Help (HELP): For assistance with SMS messaging, reply HELP to any reitexter SMS message, or email us at support@reitexter.com.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Why Account Registration is Required

reitexter is a business texting and calling platform where all data is inherently account-specific. Account registration is required because:

• Your contacts, message history and call history belong exclusively to your account and cannot exist without user identification
• Sending business text messages in the US requires a registered brand and a phone number attached to your account — an anonymous sender cannot be registered with the carriers
• Your subscription and purchased features are tied to your account for access across all your devices
• Team collaboration features require user identity for proper access control and permissions
• Data security requires authentication to prevent unauthorized access to your business information

11. Apple App Store and iOS Users

If you access reitexter through our iOS mobile application:

• In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple's terms and privacy policy apply to those transactions.
• We receive a transaction identifier from Apple to verify your subscription status, but we do not receive your Apple payment details.
• Push notifications require your permission and can be disabled in your device settings at any time.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@reitexter.com.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

13. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information remains protected.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
